Russian Spiritual Poems as a part of Historical heritage of the Serbian and Russian spiritual lexis

The article is devoted to an actual and little-studied problem of modern Slavic studies, namely, the study of spiritual vocabulary based on spiritual poetry in Russian and Serbian spiritual culture.
The purpose of this article is to cover the lexical particularities of the Russian spiritual poems in the Serbian linguistical tradition and to demonstrate the relevance of this research.
The texts of the following main types of the spiritual poems were taken as a material for this article:
1. Texts of the epic spiritual poems;
2. Texts of the lyric spiritual poems;
3. Texts of the lyric-epic spiritual poems.
Methods and research methodology conform to the traditions of the Russian and Slavic linguistics.
The research is enable to make a current conclusion that the spiritual poem is one of the most popular subjects in modern slavistics and folkloristics.
From linguistic point of view, it is a poorly studied material.
As a result of authors examination is that the spiritual poem exhibits unique properties, which include religion and national heroic topics, its textual-musical form, emotionality, subjectivity, educational focus. All these terms allow making a whole phenomenon of special genre in culture. Those properties allow the spiritual poem to perform important educational functions. Through informing and persuasion of listeners by emotional and psychological, lyric-subjective and other instruments the necessary conditions are installed for inner spiritual self-development of human.
Therefore the spiritual poem plays an important role in circulation and keeping of basis, including unique and original lexis of Christianity not only in the Russian culture, also in the Serbian.
